Brilliant team – full house renovation in Pontcanna
Peter and the team completed a full renovation of our Victorian house in Pontcanna. From start to finish they were brilliant to work with. The house needed re-wiring, plumbing, plastering, floor sanding, new bathrooms, kitchen, etc. My wife and I were nervous undertaking such a project with a young child but Peter and the team were terrific from the start. They worked tirelessly to get us into the house on schedule and within budget. Peter was able to advise at crucial points and the boys were on site every day and on time. We changed our minds on a couple of things and Peter was able to accommodate our requests and make them work without any delays. Their attention to detail was superb and we are very happy with the end result. There is work on an outbuilding we would like to start soon – and we will no doubt be using Consilio again. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, and hard-working team for any building projects – I would highly recommend Peter and Consilio.
